"Music for the soul"

For me, music for the soul is music that soothes us. It makes us feel relaxed and calm. Its food for our soul. The music of my soul are love songs since I can relate to most of it. Everytime I hear this kind of music, I'm like tickled and I feel happines. I guess all of us has her own "music for the soul".

"Starving Artist"

For me, a starving artist is someone who loves art so much that he forgets to eat already. Art feeds his hunger. Its the food for his soul. It could also be that a starving artist starves himself just to do and continue his art. Like for example, instead of buying food, he buys his art materials. He is too much devoted to art that he tends to forget about his basic needs

"My Dream Writing Project"

My dream writing project is to write the story of my life. I would write the story not as a form of autobiography but a real story. It would be really challenging because through this, you will know how interesting you're life really is. I will also be able to share my experiences to others and the lessons that I have learned.

"My New Year's Resolution"

Actually, its just this year that I don't have a specific New Year's resolution. I thought that I don't have to wait for the new year to come for me to change. If I know that I have done something wrong, I would try to change it right away. I'm not saying that its bad to have a resolution, its just not we must not depend on it a lot. We must put in mind that action speaks louder than words. More work and less talk.

My own araby

My own araby was when I thought my mon would take me to the mall to buy new clothes. I was too much excited that I was already prepared to go 3 hrs. before she arrived. I was very anxious while I was waiting for her. I would go back and forth and jump around. It was and hour after 4 but she wasn't home yet. It made me a lot more nervous and anxious. We alerady had dinner and she wasn't there yet. Poor me! Its like all my hopes and dreams were crushed. When she got home, it was already 9 in the evening. But still, I forced her to go with me to the mall. When we arrived there, everything was already closed! Argh! I just cried and cried inside the car while she was just laughing at me.

"Dying Age"

Whether we like it or not, we will all die. Every living things must and will die- its a fact. I don't have a specific dying age. If God wants to take me already, I could do nothing about it. If its my time, its really my time. I could die anytime, so right now, I'm trying to make the best of what I can be.

"Insurgencies"

At first, I have no idea what insurgencies are until our History teacher told us. Insurgencies are those people who are not in favor of our government or about a certain thing. They fight for what they think is right. They never give up. I don't think that insurgencies are good people or have good effects of us. They just add up to the problems we are facing right now. But we can't blame them anyways.

My favorite song

My favorite song is "Where are you?" by Justin Roman and Natalie. I like this song because it has this really catchy tune. I can really relate to the lyrics. A lot! It tell of a boy and a girl looking for the right persons. That is so me!

"Listening"

Listening takes a lot of understanding. If we listen yet not understand what the person is trying to say, then it would be very useless. Listening is very important and basic. If we listen, we must always pay attention as to show that we respect the person. We must know how to listen properly so that when its our time to speak, they will also listen to us. Nowadays, only a few people now how to listen properly.

Advent

Advent is a season and time for waiting. Waiting for the coming of our Lord. It is symbolized by an advent wreath or by Jesse's branch. Advent is actually one of my favorite seasons or time. Advent is celebrated everywhere. In school and even in our own homes. This season for me is the time wherein we can renew ourselves, free us from sins to prepare for the Lord's coming.

"My Vase"

My vase was given to me by my late grandmother. Its kinda old but it really means a lot to me. She gave it to me during my 11th birthday. At first, I didn't appreciate it since I never knew the value of it and since I'm not a vase person. I was a kid then. Until now, its still inside my room. In the very same spot where she last placed it. And that it is.. my vase!

"Pacman's Victory"

Manny Pacquiao's fight with Erik Morales was such an achievement not only for him but for the whole country. It brought back our pride once again. I had the opportunity to watch his fight and I was really amazed. Although I'm not a "boxer" I sort of felt the pain that he had to endure. Indeed, one man can make a big difference. Take Manny for example. Despite all his success, he still managed to stay humble and faithful.
